The Uganda Open 2025 Men’s Singles tournament has reached the quarterfinal stage, featuring some thrilling match-ups. The top players are battling it out for a spot in the semifinals, and the competition is expected to be fierce.
The quarter finalists have stood out in the Open so far, demonstrating impressive form and determination who reached the quarter finals after beating Rwanda’s Yannick Muvunyi 6-3,6-2.
Albert John Njogu will face off with the classic Etienne Niyigena(5) who also beat Uganda’s Troy Adrian Zziwa.
Two exciting youngsters Marvin Kiriwo(8) and David Manzi Rwamucyo(16) will face in another quarter final clash.
David Oringa(2) will look to take on a tougher challenge against Rwanda’s Ernest Habiyambere(7).
Simon Peter Ayella(6) takes on a determined defending champion Ismael Changawa(3). This match is likely to be the highlight of the quarterfinal round, with the defending champion Changawa looking to progress after a hard-fought win over Claude Ishimwe in the Round of 16.
